Delete your account

This permanently deletes your PumpIt account and the data listed below. Deletion is confirmed inside the app, while you are signed in, so the request is tied to that account. This page does not store a form or a database.

How to delete it

Open PumpIt and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. The same action is available from Profile.
Confirm. PumpIt marks the account pending deletion and signs you out.

You have 7 days to sign back in and cancel. After that, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Subscriptions

Deleting your PumpIt account does not automatically cancel billing through Google Play. If you have Plus or AI Pro, manage or cancel the subscription in your Google Play account before or after deletion.

Google and Apple sign-in emails cannot be changed inside PumpIt. Email-and-password accounts can change the address from Settings → Account → Change Email before you delete the account.
