PumpIt (“PumpIt”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when using the PumpIt application.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, PumpIt may collect or process the following information.

Account information. When you create an account, we may collect your name or display name, email address, account credentials or authentication information, and profile information you choose to provide.

Fitness and workout information. To provide workout tracking and progress features, PumpIt may process workouts and exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, and duration, personal records, workout history, fitness goals, progress measurements, workout performance, and achievements and statistics.

Body and progress information. If you choose to provide it, PumpIt may process weight, height, body measurements, progress measurements, and progress photos. You control whether you provide this information.

Device and activity information. Depending on your device and permissions, PumpIt may process information obtained from compatible devices or services, such as heart rate, workout activity, steps or movement data, sleep-related information, and other fitness metrics supported by your connected device. The availability of this information depends on your device, operating system, permissions, and integrations you enable.

Usage and technical information. We may collect technical information needed to operate and improve PumpIt, such as device type, operating system, app version, language and regional settings, crash and diagnostic information, and general application usage information.

2. How we use your information

We may use information to provide and operate PumpIt, track your workouts and progress, calculate fitness statistics and metrics, personalize your experience, provide workout recommendations, display progress and performance insights, provide AI-powered features when you choose to use them, synchronize information between supported devices, maintain and improve the application, detect technical problems and prevent misuse, provide customer support, process purchases and subscriptions, and communicate important service-related information.

3. AI features

Some PumpIt features may use artificial intelligence to provide personalized insights, workout recommendations, summaries, or other assistance.

When you use an AI feature, information necessary to provide that feature may be processed by the systems used to operate the AI functionality.

If you use voice input in Coach chat, your device’s speech recognition converts what you say into text. That text is then sent as a normal chat message. Audio is used for transcription, not stored by PumpIt as a voice recording.

We aim to use only the information necessary for the requested feature. AI-generated results may not always be accurate and should be treated as informational fitness guidance.

4. Progress photos

If PumpIt allows you to upload progress photos, those photos are provided voluntarily. Progress photos may be used to display your progress within the application and to provide features that you request. You can delete progress photos through the available controls in the application. We do not use your progress photos for advertising without appropriate permission.

5. Smartwatch and health-related data

PumpIt may support compatible smartwatches and fitness platforms. If you grant the required permissions, PumpIt may access information such as heart rate, activity, workouts, sleep information, or other supported fitness metrics. You can control access to supported data through your device or platform permissions. PumpIt does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information obtained from third-party devices.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or provide access to information when necessary to provide PumpIt features and services, operate our technical infrastructure, process payments and subscriptions, provide AI or other requested services, provide customer support, maintain security and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers that process information on our behalf are expected to use the information only for the purposes for which it was provided and as permitted by applicable law.

7. Data storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PumpIt and its features, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and applicable personal information, subject to legal or operational requirements that may require certain information to be retained.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the ability to access information associated with your account, correct inaccurate information, delete your account or certain information, withdraw certain permissions, request information about how your data is processed, object to or restrict certain processing where applicable, and request a copy of certain information in a portable format where applicable.

You can also control certain device permissions through your device settings.

10. Account and data deletion

If you decide to stop using PumpIt, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the available account settings or by contacting PumpIt support. The steps are described on the account deletion page.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes.

11. Children’s privacy

PumpIt is not intended for users who are below the minimum age required to use the service under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to PumpIt without appropriate authorization, please contact us through support in the app.

12. Third-party services

PumpIt may integrate with third-party services, platforms, app stores, devices, analytics providers, payment providers, or other technologies. Those services may have their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of third-party services that you choose to connect to PumpIt.

13. Cookies and similar technologies

PumpIt and its related services may use cookies or similar technologies where applicable to maintain functionality, security, preferences, analytics, or other service features. The technologies used may vary depending on the platform and services you use.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice through the application or another appropriate method.
